One of the books on my winter reading list, Radical Dharma: Talking Race, Love and Liberation, acquainted me with African American Buddhist. This book is authored by Rev. angel Kyodo Williams, ordained Zen priest, Lama Rod Owens, and Jasmine Seydullah, Ph.D. The essays and dialogues of this book led me to inquire into the ideas of Rev. angel, Founder and Senior Fellow of the “Center of Transformative Change,” Berkley, California. The video selection is “Interrupting Disconnection,” by the Zen priest.
