Millions of Americans work at jobs that do not benefit them, their families or their communities. They are operating under the belief that they have no choice in determining what they will do to pay the bills and put food on the table. They believe it’s all about the job market or who’s in the White House. For most, these beliefs are the norm, and this is the narrative that is passed on to those who come after them. If this is your narrative, give some thought to taking the 30-Day Workplace Challenge. For the most part, you don’t have to lift a finger, except to write a line or two in a journal, and if writing is too much for you, don’t do it. But this is a fun and easy way to discover the role that the imagination plays in creating your life experience, in and out of the American workplace. It assists you in becoming aware that until your consciousness shifts and until you begin to tell a different narrative, your experience cannot change, and you’ll continue to earn a living and work hard to put that grub on the table.
