Adam LedfordClay is insanely validating–it starts as goopy no-thing, but you transform it into something that only exists because your body pushed and pulled into being.  Many people feel trapped or powerless in their lives; art making is a vital way for people to validate themselves. I love that my job is help all kinds of people feel some part of this. ~Adam Ledford, Ceramic Artist. (See Adam’s creations at his web site @ http://www.adamledford.com/).

Welcome to the February, 2016 Transforming the American Workplace blog. I have been recalibrating, as Kryon1 would say, and was literally unable to get out the January edition. Forgive me. But I am here and I have plenty ideas that I would like to share with you throughout the year. This month I would like to clarify my ideas about the transformation of work and the workplace. I am providing a link to Inc.com were you will find an article about Steve Job’s and the book, Autobiography of a Yogi. Some Macy’s employees are facing lay-offs, again!

Everything else is here: From Wage Earners to Life Creators and the Business Shift Thought. ANastrology is off this month and will return in March. There is also an update for the 30-Day Workplace Challenge.

Remember that you can find me most Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on Twitter, where I focus on transforming our current, unsustainable beliefs about work to beliefs that are more in alignment with who we truly are, co-creators. I know it’s a little late, but I am wishing you the best of every good thing for 2016!

1Kryon channels through Lee Carroll. I’ve discovered a lot about energy from listening to his messages.
